  Because of the unpresidented state of the world markets and our Canadian dollar value Fluxuations with respect to the U.S. dollar, all wholesale orders will have an additional 11% added to the total items value.

  This will not show up at the final check-out but will be confirmed with all customers via email or phone call. This cost adjustment is due to the continued wild fluxuations within the world markets. 

  We hope that this will be a temporary cost adjustment as our Canadian dollar hopefully improves in value against the U.S. dollar.

How to Place a Wholesale Order;

Once you have logged into your wholesale account with your username and password, click on any of the catagories in the menu to the left of this page. Now you can click on any of the images to see more details of that product.  The colours, sizes and wholesale prices available for each product are listed just below the product images and description.

Wholesale prices for each product can only be viewed once you are logged in.

To place a wholesale order you have 3 options to choose:

1. Online Wholesale Order:

• First you must create a wholesale account by filling in the information required at our "Sign Up" page. Log in with your username and password (that you created in the "Sign Up" page when you registered) to UjenaCanada.com
• Select the Ujena product you wish to purchase
• Select the size, colours and quantities of each top and bottom, or order them as separates
• Enter your contact/shipping information along with payment information and press submit. You’re done! Your order will be shipped to you shortly.

2. Phone In Wholesale Order:

1. Simply call us toll free at 1 800 969 8110 if busy call 1 905 543 1213 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have. Be sure to have the product numbers ready along with the colors, quantities, and the sizes for the product you intend to purchase.

3. Faxed In Wholesale Order:

1. To fax in your orded simply contact us via email at info@ujenacanada.com or call us toll free at: 1 800 969 8110 if busy call 1 905 543 1213 and request a faxable order form and we will either send it to you via attached file in an email or fax it to you. If you are contacting us by email, please be sure to include you fax number.

All items listed in our online catalog are priced in Canadian Dollars and are Duty Free.

Any product(s) received incorrectly or that have a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED. No credits or refunds will be issued. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.

Shipping:

Wholesale shipping to destinations located in Canada only.

All wholesale orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.

Wholesale orders will be shipped via FedEx Courier, unless otherwise noted. Most orders will be received within 7-12 business days from the day the order is submitted. However, we advise that you allow UjenaCanada.com 2 weeks lead time in the event of unforeseen manufacturing obstacles. Priority service is available for an additional cost. Priority service may vary depending on the size of your order.
